Shipping
We will ship to all 50 States, Canada, and the Caribbean. For any other special requests, please contact us directly.

Yes, please select this at checkout. We will pack your order & have it ready for you the next day behind our checkout counter.
No, we do not offer local delivery. But you can request store pickup and have a service pickup at our counter.
Most of our products are shipped from our Indy store. However, some of the pet art and other wall art ships direct. If you are unsure and would like to know, just contact us.
Returns

Yes. If your purchase is still new & unused, we can offer an exchange or store credit. If you are not sure, please review our entire returns policy which can be found at the bottom of the webpage.
Please contact us at shop@artisansindy.com and request a return. We will give you an RMA number and directions. You will be responsible for the shipping back to the store.
