ARTISANS’ SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-5 days for us to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order has been accepted and is on the way.

STORE PICKUP - Artisans Indy, 433 Massachusetts Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46204

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up daily, from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Available upon request and mutual agreement with Artisans.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days using our default carrier (USPS) or the carrier you selected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally. Please contact Artisans directly to inquire about international shipping and to get a quote. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. The customer is responsible for shipping back to Artisans. Please see our complete returns policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@artsiansindy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
